Several minor enhancements have been implemented in iinsight:
Calendar - monthly view
A monthly view is now available to users by clicking on the Month tab on the far right of the Calendar view as displayed below.
Calendar - Cost summary when adding new entries
A Cost summary is now available to review when adding new calendar entries - refer to the "Existing Billings" section as seen below....
Cloning an existing case can be performed on "open cases". Previously this option was only available for "closed cases".
Documents and Templates naming conventions
While editing new documents and templates within iinsight, the name of the document that appears on the top of the user's screen has been modified to include the name of the document as well as the document identification number. This provides users with a quick visual cue to the document.
When a user "double clicks" to view the contact's details, the first and last name can no longer be edited here as indicated by the greyed out fields. Any modification to a contact name should be updated and maintained via the Companies menu.
