  • Case Number
  • Case number automatically assigned by iinsight when a case is created.  This iinsight generated number can be modified by the user at Step 5 of the New Case Wizard.  Once assigned, the number cannot be changed.  
  • Case Status
  • Current status of the case, usually listed as Open, Closed, Reopened... etc. These dropdown entries are user-defined through the  Options Menu, Common list for "Case Status".
  • Cause
  • Nature of  injury or condition of the worker. The dropdown options for this field are end-user defineable through the Options Menu, Common Lists for "Cause".
  • Certified hours
  • Hours that the treating doctor has confirmed as available working hours.
  • Claim Number
  • Claim number or reference number of the case, usually provided by the referrer.
  • Client Current Status
  • Current employment status of the client.
  • Closure Codes
  • Defined closure codes.  These are end-user defineable through the Options menu.
  • Closure Status
  • Defined closure status fields. These are end-user defineable through the Options menu.
  • Company Name
  • A company name of  an organisation listed in the Companies menu
  • Condition Date
  • Date when the injury occurred.
  • Contact Address, Additional Corres
  • Postal address of a contact that has been defined as  'Additional Correspondence'.
  • Contact Address, Employer
  • Postal address of the injured worker's employer.
  • Contact Address, Host Employer
  • Postal address of a contact that has been defined as 'Host Employer'.
  • Contact Address, Service Provider
  • Postal address of a contact that been defined as 'Service Provider'.
  • Contact Address, Treating Doctor
  • Postal address of the doctor who has been defined as the  'treating doctor'.
  • Contact Company Name, Additional Corres
  • Name of the company that has been defined as 'Additional Correspondence'.
  • Contact Company Name, Employer
  • Name of the company that employs the injured worker.
  • Contact Company Name, Host Employer
  • Name of the company that has been defined as 'Host Employer'.
  • Contact Company Name, Service Provider
  • Name of the company that has been defined as a 'Service Provider'.
  • Contact Company Name, Treating Doctor
  • Name of the company where the treating doctor is employed.
  • Contact Date
  • Date that contact has been made and entered into iinsight.
