  • Reason For Referral
  • The requirement or reason why the client was referred. The dropdown entries are end-user defineable through the Options, Common Lists menu.
  • Reason for Referral (Personal)
  • Used for further information relating to a personal reason for referring the case or client.  Entries are found in the Additional information tab.
  • Reason for Referral (Work Related)
  • Used for further information relating to a work-related reason for referring the case or client.  Entries are found in the Additional information tab
  • Referral Date
  • Date on which the case was referred to the company
  • Referrer (Job) Title
  • Title of the contact  who has referred the client, eg Mr / Ms etc.
  • Referrer Address
  • Postal address of the contact who has referred the client.
  • Referrer Company Name
  • Name of the company responsible for referring the client.
  • Referrer Email
  • Email address of the contact who has referred the client.
  • Referrer Fax
  • Fax number of the contact who has referred the client.
  • Referrer First Name
  • First name of the contact who has referred the client.
  • Referrer Full Name
  • Full name of the contact who has referred the client.
  • Referrer Last Name
  • Last name of the contact who has referred the client.
